Simple to install, just watch a YouTube video. Should work on any gen1 B58. I just reused the OEM plastic cap since some people say the new one fits loose.

With this kit I replaced my pcv diapram, it was easy, quick, and fit. A good trick to use is before placing cap to secure the diapram is to place the cap upside down over the diaphram with something somewhat heacy ontop, turn on the car so the diaphram is sucked into place so there are no problems when putting the cap back on.

Product was great. i used the rubber seals and spring. the new cap that comes with is loose and i can pull it off with my hand. i ended up using the old cap with new spring and seals.

Was having crazy idle, loud screeching on my 20' 440i. No wonder they extended the PCV warranty to 100k miles. it's a common problem w B58 engine. This after market part worked like a charm.

PCV went bad. Specifically, the thin membrane under the cap developed a crack so at idle, there was a loud screeching noise and a lot of white smoke coming out of the tail pipes.I usually stick to more well-known brands even if they're aftermarket stuff but since it was just the membrane that failed, I figured anything would work.30k miles later, the issue hasn't reappeared. Glad I got a no-name brand for less vs. another company that might be more "well-known" but with a markup and probably dropshipping from the same factory abroad.

Purchased for b58. Cap was not an ideal fit. Ended up just using the diaphram out of it. Used original cap.

It was very difficult to open the original cap as it was clued. Like others, cap was broken into 2 pieces when we finally opened it. Diaphragm fits perfect and new cap fits perfect as well and most of all, it fixed the issue (there was 1.5mm hole in the old diaphragm) BMW dealer was going to replace whole valve cover gasket for $8400.

Description says it fits the B58, and more specifically the 2017 bmw 340i. This is completely false. The diaphragm is several mm smaller in diameter than the stock one and it does not fit around the rim the way it’s supposed to. The lid from this set is ironically too big, and does not even remotely click onto the opening. DO NOT BUY
