I love these! Makes for a way better work out on back day!. The make gripping any bar easier. They don't add any extra weight to your set which is nice. Only complaint is if you have smaller wrists like me it will rub your wrists raw. They look cool and are easy to use. Wish they had different padding to make them a little more comfortable.

Good product but one of the grips broke after a few weeks mid movement. Dangerous stuff

Using these are great for pull weightlifting. I am able to lift heavier weight, not only that. I am using the actual muscle, instead of compensating with my arm strength. Resulting in a much better workout for my back than I’ve ever had. I got more than my moneys worth after one workout.

So I use these for working out because I'm missing fingers and they do what they are intended to do. It's comfortable and the Velcro is strong enough for it not to come off. Overall a good product.
