These Sportneer ankle weights are well worth their price. I am doing Physical Therapy for my knee and wanted to reinforce the office visits with the exercises at home.These are 10 pounds and are adjustable. So you can start at one pound and move up to 10 pounds.The velcro straps are 24 inches long by 2 inches wide. The sewing is well done. The materials used are sturdy. This is not a "cheap" or poorly made product. I read a couple of reviews that complained about difficulty reinserting the one pound bag into its individual slot. The first couple of times was an "effort.'" Then I found a way that worked well and easily for me.I highly recommend these Sportneer adjustable ankle weights.

I needed weights to continue with my physical therapy at home. After reviewing several brands and features I decided to buy these. They are easy to use and so far the Velcro that keeps the individual bag in holds up well. It is also easy to remove the bags and to put back in. Total weight is 5# for each bag which is ideal for weight strengthening.

Hello, these fit well and the Velcro is good and strong. I also like the little pull tabs on the weight inserts. Makes them MUCH easier to pull in and out.

Got these for my son to use during his workouts and training! He loves them and I like how you can start out with low weight and work your way up! They are easy to operate when taking the weights in and out and he can put them on his ankles or wrists on his own (he's 11 and new to this kind of stuff) they are a good size a little baggy on him but he only wears them for about ten minutes! The Velcro strength is good they don't come undone !

Fit well around my small ankles. Easy to put on and remove. Easy to remove weights (haven't tried putting weights back in yet). Seem very sturdy and well-made.

Heavier than you expect, glad I bought one that changes weights easily. Could use a bag to hold the ones you are not using. Better to wear a little taller socks, the straps do rub some. I prefer short socks in the heat, but I do use this only for my slower walk days. Sand tunes appear to be very thin material, so far not leaking.

Son espectaculares, el tamaño se ajusta perfecto al pie y no se mueve, antes me pedà otras de otra marca y era horrible hacer ejercicio con ellas se movÃan mucho. En cambio estas son estables y ajustas el peso q quieres

Use these for my physio therapy. If I am having a rough day I can use them at a lighter weight. If I am feeling better I can add more weight. Great option.
