This is well made and the same as the one I used at my physical therapy. I bought so I could keep do exercises recommended by my therapist. It is easy to put on your ankle with the velcro fasteners.

It weighs four pounds and is as described. I found it loose on my ankle. I haven't figured out how to make it tighter on my ankle so that it doesn't slip up and down when I do my physical therapy exercises. I don't know if there's a different one that would work better for me, so I'm sticking with this one!

I used these in physical therapy and liked them so I bought some for the house. They took alittle while to get to me due to weight they had to be shipped ground and when they arrived UPS sat box 4 of 4 by my door tapped the door once and literally ran to the truck. I looked for the other boxes with them nowhere in site. I waited a few hours and called Amazon to ask where the other 3 boxes were. The Amazon representative called UPS and their response was it wasn't their problem so Amazon replaced it and allowed me to keep the one box that arrived. When the next one arrived it was a different driver and they made sure I received all 4 of the boxes. I love the product its made well easy to clean and exactly what I wanted. Your able to place different weights over each other and it doesn't really feel that awkward I would suggest using socks that cover that area of your ankle I noticed it keeps them from sliding better when you get sweaty

Uso questo peso per sviluppare la fascia muscolare della gamba.Utilissimo durante le terapie post operazione.ha più punti dove agganciarsi e quindi comodo per sia per chi e' magro sia per chi e' piu' grosso il peso e' di 3,4 kg .Molto Buono

Für mich zu hart und nicht anschmiegsam. Daher leider retour. Es wird eine Manschette wie angegeben geliefert, bitte beachten. Toll zumindest die vielen Gewichtgrößen. Dennoch: für mich nicht komfortabel genug.
