Things are tough all over and we're all working more just to make a living. I don't have the time to work out as much as I'd like. You got to find ways to sneak in more exercise. Health should be a priority. Lashing a couple of these on your ankles or wrists is easy and helps. They don't weigh so much that you're exhausted when you take them off and the weights themselves are surprisingly plush. I haven't worn them without socks so I don't know if they'd chafe but hey, treat yourself and wear some socks. They do more than ankle weights too, When I'm between buying new dumbbells I've been strapping them on there to nurse my way up to heavier weights. Really a small accessory that has a lot of uses.

These are good weights. The velcro is strong and adjustable. They are meant for using around the ankle, but I am using them as hand weights while I walk because they are easier to grip than bar bells. It is comfortable and the weight is distributed evenly. Color is black, so not much to share there. However, it's a good value for the money.

What a relief. These 1-pound (each) ankle weights are very comfortable compared to others I have used. The edges are soft, and they rest nicely on my skin without causing any pressure points. I truly forget that I am wearing them. The profile is great, and they fit nicely under my pants legs, so I can wear them at work without being noticeable. The Velcro strap is strong and easy to adjust. I can set them at just the right diameter, and they stay there without any change until I pull off the Velcro strap. Like all ankle weights, they do end up dropping down to my ankles. Of course, I never put them on real tight. The overall construction is solid, and I expect them to last a very long time. I definitely recommend these ankle weights very highly.

I really like the design of these weights. Instead of having the hard weights like other kinds, these are soft and more like sand consistency. They are adjustable and fit great. My only complaint is that the weight section is rather small so it only cover like half my ankle. It still functions well I just wish the weight was distributed more evenly.

They're ankle weights, not a lot to say about them! They're made of a nice, soft material that's comfortable against your skin. They adjust easily to fit any size ankle. Overall they're a good set of ankle weights that are exactly what you would expect!
