Just a tad long and bulky at the wrists so it kind of messes with my pixel watch placement. Other than that, they're good weights for boxing workouts.

This is really one size fits all! It’s a little uncomfortable if you want to wear your Apple Watch but it does its job on its own ! Super easy to put on and take off! And helps you have a killer workout! I bought the 2lb weights!

Due to a recent injury, I am enrolled in home therapy. I was advised to get weights to help in my recovery. When my physical therapist saw these weights he approved. Since these attach to your wrists with Velcro, there is less of a chance of dropping them on your foot. You can also concentrate on the exercises rather than balancing hand held weights. They are well made and very happy with the purchase.

I use the both alternately on my arms and legs. The effects have been surprisingly quick. I am not big boned, but these weights will fit well.
