These tires were for my Old school 1983 Trek 850 ATB build. My build parameters were "something more than just a klunker" This bike will see some gravel, and rocky paths as well as paved roads and bike paths.These tires look and perform very well for their price point. I am told that this tread pattern is the old Schwinn "knobby tread pattern" I'm glad they still make this tire. They hold up to 65 lbs psi. I inflated the rear tire to a little over 55 and the front tire at 50 for comfort. I also used tire liners, and Slime tubes for a goat thorn free life.Mounted up easily, and rides easy. I got the bike up to 25mph the other day on pavement with very little effort. I can go even faster if I try.These tires are a win all around for me. I am looking forward to the miles I will be putting on these tires.Great price point, great looks, and great ride performance. Not an all out MTB tire, but I didn't need one.

Nice and thick - Worked great. Note: These do suggest letting them "deform" from the packaged folded shape for a day and I did that and they went on smooth and easy.

Casual/occasional bike rider here - my old tires and tubes wore out after 12 years. Ordered these (and tubes elsewhere) on sale. No issues installing and they have not gone flat after many weeks so I imagine the tires will last. They look reasonably tough. Bargain purchase!
