Had these for years, added more for security around my home. Simple to wire up and the certainly light up my driveway and back yard VERY WELL. Super Bright. And they last!!

Years ago I purchased a similar LED outdoor light made by Lights of America, and they are no longer available.So I decided to try these.I did not need the light sensor, but left it in place. Should I inadvertently forget to turn out the light, it will at least turn off during the day.The fixture is well made and I had no problem installing a unit above my shop door. The rest will go on my country cabin porch. I cannot yet compare them to the original LofA items, but they seem to be working well. I just hope they work like my other lights which have been in use for 8 years now.

the light is well constructed and bright. however, when placed under eaves, the reflected light causes the photo sensor to be tricked resulting in a constant flickering (on and off). the light performs well in open spaces but not under eaves. 2 were installed about a foot below the eaves that did not remain on. I then ended up wiring one to a photo sensor controlled outlet and also removing the photo sensor from the unit. I un-installed the other. the 3rd light was installed on a wall along a driveway with no overhang and it worked well.update (1/7/2021) changed rating to 4-1/2 stars--all lights still working for more than 30 days. soon after my initial review, the company contacted me regarding my problems with "under eaves installations" and Amazon also responded: "our vendor informed us you would be better install this light in a open space"really impressed me that the company would reach out and try to understand my issues. I sent them pictures of the installations and they sent me 2 extra lights for my troubles and ask me to re-try installing light under eaves. the spare lights were sent promptly and company followed up to ensure that the lights were received. 1 extra star for customer service for and 1/2 extra star for no-hassle replacement policy.since Amazon indicated that these lights function better in open spaces, I did not attempt re-installation under an eave and therefore noted this limitation in my review.

This product works very well but I had to use a permanent marker and color the light sensor black because they are very sensitive to surrounding lights which causes them to come on and off at random with almost a strobe light effect. If you black out the sides of the light sensor they do exactly what they are supposed to do shut off at dawn and back on at dusk. These are very bright and I'm very happy with them.

i purchased a 4 back of these lights, i only needed one but thought i would have a few spare lights, i am on my 4th light and everyone of them did the same thing, these lights work for a week or so then start turning on and off every 4 or 5 seconds all night long

Nice and bright and the photocell works well. I just wished it had some pre-holes on the back so you’ll need a drill or punch hole and a hammer.

Believe they should be advertised as Strobe lights if installed in sequence or under an eaves. At least note the issue to buyers that do not read reviews. Fairly easy remedies depending upon individual requirements but still annoying.

These Do NOT have dusk till dawn. They won’t take them back as I didn’t open to install until after the deadline. Unfortunately

Built quality is kind of poor, wires are pinched under the rear covers, things are jerry rigged inside, it does not even have the dusk dawn sensor inside the housing as advertised , returned.
