Wow I was really impressed with this guitar when it arrived! The paint is a really deep black with a good sparkle and shimmer to it that gives it a really nice space vibe to it. The paint job was done very well with no runs or bubbles and a very solid finish that is sure to last. The fret board feels really nice under the fingers and plays very well with no issue getting notes to sound out properly. At the head of the guitar the shape is very stylish and the tuning pegs so far have held the tuning very well and adjust easy. The strings that came on the guitar are actually pretty decent for a starter set to get you playing from day one. Plugged into an amp this guitar was able to adjust the tone and volume well in addition the selector for the pick ups gives you more of a range of sound that you might be looking for.I think this is a very solid beginner guitar, it doesn't weight very much so its not cumbersome to carry around or play and its features give you a good amount to try out some different styles to play different music and really get into playing!

A quality product. The price is a too good to be true, but it is well worth it. Now I of course had to file the fret ends and sand and polish the neck, change the strings and add a spring to the Stratacaster.

This is a great instrument. I've been playing guitar for a little over 14 years and for the price, you can't find a better new, brand name electric guitar anywhere. The action is really nice, frets are comfortable, tune keys are spot on (no play), and the sound... If you play rock/metal, this guitar can sound like anything from a warm blues tone from the neck humbucker, a versatile tone-y, resonate hum, or a screeching, bass-savvy sound that, in my opinion, is close to that of an LTD or a Schecter. The precision that Ibanez put into this particular Gio series is unmatched for the price. The only downfall I've found is the tremolo. If you Palm mute a lot, you'll notice that if you push on the bridge, it will actually tighten the strings, making your notes sharp. This is fixable, though. All-in-all, for a fully assembled, pre-strung guitar for under $200, which comes with a warranty from Ibanez and an amplifier input cord, you won't be disappointed with this selection.

I've had this guitar for just under a year. It's been a good instrument. I have done a few customizations to mine to make it a bit more, custom pick guard, strap, knobs and such.Pros:Great beginner instrument.Nice weightDecent toneWell madeStays in tune.Cons:Strings are horrible, but that's a $10 fix.Will need to be setup and many beginner will need this to be done by a professional. But this is true from any mail order guitar. May as well tell the setup tech to replace the strings while you are there.I had a small grounding issues that caused a small buzz from the pickups. But that's fixed nowOver all great instrument, get new strings right away

I've been learning guitar on my acoustic, but I wanted to switch it up a bit and go electric as well. Didn't want to spend too much since I'm a beginner. This was advertised as "Used - Good - Large cosmetic imperfections on body of the item." I thought for the price, it was worth a shot. This guitar arrived in perfect condition. Not a mark on it. And its light and easy to play. I now have one more Ibanez to my collection, and couldn't be happier with this purchase!

Jewel blue was much darker than the picture, but thats fine. Plays well and not a blimish of any kind. Very satisfied and as advertised. I have had several Ibanez guitars and for the price its a great buy.

Probada con un ampli VOX VT20x la guitarra suena de lujo tanto en limpio como con distorsión, el jack input funciona de maravilla, a otros modelos de este rango de precios siempre les suele fallar (los tÃpicos petardazos) y hay que acabar llevándolos al luthier a que les haga un ajuste. Las cuerdas son blandas, a poca altura y tiene acabados bastante buenos. La guitarra viene con un pequeño cable jack (bastante endeble) de 3 metros de longitud. Lo que si he echado en falta es una funda para poder guardarla, aunque fuera de estas sin acolchado baratas.En resumen, una buena guitarra a un precio más que razonable, ideal para tocar en casa.

la guitarra cumple con mis expectativas salvo que las cuerdas se desafinan muy deprisa. entiendo que siendo nuevas sea "normal". Despues de afinar cada dia un par de veces he decidido comprar un juego de marca de prestigio.ES un detalle que agradeceria : pongan la marca y medida de las cuerdas que monta la guitarra.
