I was pretty worried I'd end up getting unlucky and receiving a defective or DOA computer. Needless to say, it came working perfectly. That's just how it is when you play the Amazon lottery I guess.Pros:With the 40x series cards officially no longer being produced, I'm so glad I was able to nab a 4070tiS. It's a beast of a card with a lot of VRAM to boot. The 7900x in conjunction with the 4070tiS make this computer a productivity animal. Ryzen multicore performance is unmatched. I only play in 1080p 100hz for my main monitor (lol) and it's ran everything I've thrown at it with max settings without flinching. My Wacom 24 pro is a 2160x1440p and programs that used to lag heavily, especially art programs when I'd use larger complex brush sizes, flow very well. In theory I could use this as a monitor for gaming and run at maxed settings, but it'd kill my neck haha. Blender is able to render high sample objects much much faster, to the point I don't think I'll have to opt for render farms when doing animations and can just let my computer run overnight (the cooling on this computer is amazing, temperatures struggle to get over 60C even under full load. I wonder how this will fare in the hot summer heat). Diffusion models can produce batches of 8 in less than 20 seconds, XL models around a minute or less, I'm currently experimenting with video diffusion models on comfyUI and while those are way outside the league of this computer, it actually does surprisngly decently. The mouse and keyboard are pretty eh. I already owned a g502, and keyboard has a nice sound/feel to it, but the space bar springs can be kind of noisy if you're not using headphones.Cons:The only thing I really miss are the thunderbolt ports on my old desktop. USB C ports are lacking, and the ones that are on the computer can't transmit large amounts of data which means I had to use a DisplayPort cable for my Wacom. So just be aware if you're upgrading from a setup that makes use of Thunderbolt or more robust USB 3.2, this computer has some limitations in that regards. The desktop also has iBuyPower icons replacing things like Window explorer, which seemingly vanished after 1 restart causing the Window Explorer icon to be blank in task manager. There was also already a user folder created alongside my own that says "ADMINI~1". I'm not sure if this is a byproduct of how they configured the desktop or because of Microsoft account migration, but I'm going to assume it's because of them given older migrations never cause this. In addition, the Windows OS came inactivated. Make sure to double check that by searching activation settings in start menu, if it isn't then validate it to activate it.

A similarly specced machine would cost $200-$400 more at Dell or HP, so this is a very good deal. The 2TB SSD is what really sold me on this particular model. It's easily fast enough to play the games I play (all of which are at least 3 years old) at max settings. I also do a lot of video work, and rendering jobs that I used to run overnight (on a 2-year-old Core I5 with 16GB RAM and low-end video card) can now be done in under 30 minutes.I do have two complaints:1) The instructions that come with it are totally wrong for setup. I looked everywhere for screws to take the side panels off, only to find that there aren't any - everything is magnetic. There are YouTube videos about working with the case if you do a search (the case model is on the side of the cardboard box everything comes in).2) In taking the case apart to see if I could fit another hard drive, I found that some wires in the bottom area of the case were blocking the bottom fan (which I didn't even realize was there) so that it couldn't turn. So I recommend taking both sides off the case and poking around a bit to make sure no fans are blocked by cables before using. One other note: You'll also want to buy a much better wifi antenna than what comes with it to attach to the back of the machine. I bought a $15 one from Amazon (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09XHBFXXH) and it immediately increased my wifi speed by a factor of 4!Overall, I couldn't be happier. It's fast, and has performed well for the 2 weeks I've had it. It met expectations on gaming, and happily far exceeded expectations on video rendering.

got it today and its been without trouble when setting it up and using it, provides a premium gaming experience with the cheapest price on the market while using top notch parts, the ram speed may not be the highest but it is still good and not noticeable in my experience, would recommend
