bought this great little Scoop for a replacement for the Plastic one I had, I am very happy that i did make this purchase, I use this for my Calcium Chloride when I need to scoop from the bucket into a gallon size hand held shaker. its really sturdy and strong and the size of the scoop is perfect for all containers, I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a great little scoop that is perfect for what you need.

If you plan on using this as an ice scoop, get the next size up. You won't get much ice per scoop. For other products, it works.The handle is a bit small and tends to slip (rotate) in your hand when wet. I was hesitant to purchase this item as the small handle didn't look like it would be strong at the attachment point, but it turns out that the scoop and handle are all one piece.I use this to scoop powdered fertilizer out of 5 pound bags. I had use a plastic scoop in the past but it broke off at the handle - this one is holding up nicely.

Opened package and it was almost chrome-like in appearance. Could feel a waxy or oily residue on the surface. Washed the scoops in our dishwasher since the ad said they're dishwasher safe. Both scoops from this company turned black with heavy oxidation (rust). It was a thick dark powder all over the scoops uniformly. Tried to clean and polish using a food safe paste wax, it helped but you can see all the contaminates in the aluminum. They start to rust and show up as brown or black spots in the metal. Pure food safe aluminum should not do this at all. It might dull a little, which is normal for aluminum that isn't anodized or plated, but not turn black. Impossible to tell what potentially toxic materials were melted into the aluminum before casting. The edges of the scoop are sharp and irregular, potentially dangerous and harmful to a user. It is not durable, I do not feel comfortable or safe using this product.

the 24 oz, i’ve found, is the best size when you want to fill a glass all the way with ice. this scoop is perfect. good quality

This ice scoop worked perfect for my ice bucket/tray in my freezer. It does have a small handle but it works perfect for my small hands. My boyfriend doesn’t have huge hands but he said it wasn’t quiet large enough for him, but I’m the one that uses the ice in the freezer anyways, so I highly recommend this ice scoopâï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸
