I know this is used to put fries in a box, but I had an idea to use this for adding chicken feed to their feeder. This thing can hook a lot of feed and makes it easy to pour without having the feed go all over the place! It’s a good size and high quality.

I ordered this to use during harvest season to keep up with all the trays of foods and spices we freeze dry and dehydrate. This fits perfectly inside the trays, and everything slides right into the storage bags or jars without the usual mess/loss.The dual handles make it easy to switch hands or for anyone lefty or righty. Super handy!Oh, and it works great for scooping fries out of the air fryer too.This one simple addition to the process has save us a bunch of frustration! LOVE it!

I like the dual handles as it means both right handed and left handed folk can use this scoop to portion fries - the nylon construction is lighter than metal ones which is a consideration when you are scooping hundreds of portions per day.Also good for controlling portions and preventing overportioning to maintain margin.

Having managed Burger King and Wendy's restaurants for many years before 2008, Prince Castle fry scoops are not new to me. My experiences with them (whether plastic like this one or aluminum) have been very positive. In a span of 20 years I saw this type "crack" at the handle, but not before bagging thousands of fries! Even the aluminum ones do too! I loved them both, but this one was one of my favorites also! Light and comfortable, easy to use and less noisy than metal ones. Of course I would highly recommend this product! I ordered to eventually use it in my next restaurant.
