Very handy tea organizer. The one drawback is that the individual shelves can come off when bumped, but if you're not clumsy like I am, you'll have no issues. :)

I made the mistake of ordering this product based on the concept without researching what I would actually receive. Instead of being good to go out of the box, I was bummed to discover that assembly is required. This would have been ok if the screws that came in the package were correct, but they were 100% the wrong size and would not thread. After messing with it for a number of minutes, hoping that it would magically come together, I gave up and put all the pieces back in the box for return. The moral of this story is always check out the reviews and details before ordering anything on Amazon, even something as innocuous as a tea caddy!

I bought two for our breakrooms. I'm normally mechanically inclined, but I'm having problems with getting both units to stay steady. At the bottom of the stem, there is an extension rod that slides inside the main stem. It doesn't lock into place and it's smaller than the hole in the base. Even though the screw is tight, this extra space allows for rocking. The purpose of the extension rod is unclear, especially since it won't lock into any positions. Also, the individual tea holder cups don't seem to be very secure and come off a little too easy.I like the concept, but I think there is something off with the design. I'd love to hear from others if they found a way to steady the stem to keep it from rocking and a way to keep the cups from falling off when you're trying to fill them.

Love this tea bag organizer. It allowed me to get rid of a bulky jar and organize my teabags by flavor in this compact carousel design. The baskets pop on easily and I love that it spins for easy 360 degree access.

This was easy to assemble, looks great and fits the teabags in well. I've had lost of compliments from my visitors and I feel that it is good value for money. It's made life easier when storing and looking for tea bags and the quality overall is great.

Schaut toll aus jedoch...Die Fächer für den Tee gehen schnell runter wenn man blöd dazu kommt.So ist es einfach zum aufbauen und auch schnell gerichtet. Die Tee Sackerl passen richtig gut rein und es sieht gleich richtig ordentlich aus.Leider kann sich das ganze nicht drehen und man muss einen separaten Drehteller dazu bestellen, wo man das rauf klebt.
