This is a great product. Easy to install and perfect fit for our toilet. Make sure you check your size before you order because I first ordered a universal only to find out we had a 3 inch flapper and "universal " isn't always universal. Once I got this product it was a quick fix and I have seen my water bill go down already. The seal fits perfectly and my toilet doesn't run anymore.

We live way out in the countryside. So, We have to shop for a lot of mundane, everyday things from Amazon. We were having an almost emergency type cituation. The toilet would run several times an hour, getting worse all the time. The water bill was outrageous. The local "hardware store" had never even heard of our weird toilet size. We had to do something FAST. I was getting ready to make the sloppy journey to a Superstore, but, on a hunch, checked on Azon first. I couldn't believe it! Not only did I find this perfect fitting flapper, but it came overnight! Didn't have to drive miles through the mud! East to install. Thick stretchy rubber. Works great! Woo hoo! Thanful. Impressed.

Tried to fix the leakage issue by replacing the flapper with the original part by American Standard and did not solve the issue. Tried this option and it has been working perfectly since it got installed. Hooks (L shape) of the structure holding the flapper may be hard to fit into the holes of the flapper but they can be carefully snapped into place. Happy with the solution provided with this product.

After returning two previous flappers to local hardware stores because they were rigid, brittle plastic or leaky, this one did the trick for less money!The soft rubber made installation effortless

One side of the flapper insertion hole is smaller than one side. I had to cut it open to insert on toilet bowl center pipe. It should specified which or what type pipes for before purchased.,

Couldn’t find the right size to install at out local stores but it fit perfectly and there is no longer a leak.
