I have been using these cutters for over a year and still work as good as new. They still cut through wire like they're made of butter. Love the fact igan has a lifetime warranty if needed. Great tool company that keeps making great tools for a good value. Highly recommend to anyone.

I just love this tool. With the tool being spring loaded you can go from cut to cut without struggling to open the tool each cut. It was a good weight and looks like it will last a long time. I was pleasantly surprised that it had a good price.

I keep these in my boat in case I get hooked. The fishing hook went deep in my hand recently with fish still on the hook! It was flopping around driving the hook deeper. I calmly found these cutting pliers and pushed the hook out my skin and cut with the barb off. It came out of skin very easy after that and kept me out of the ER! Love them.

There isn't anything wrong with the operation of the cutter, I'm just not fond of the raised lip on the grip. It's probably safer so you hand doesn't slip towards the cutter, but I'm always grabbing the tool and needing to readjust my grip

I occasionally have projects that require the use of wire cutters. I have bought cheap ones at discount-type stores but, even after one use, the cutting edges would get gouged out... essentially ruining them. Determined to find a better alternative, I did my research, and settled on this product. The same day I got them, I used them on a project that required cutting a LOT of chicken wire. They did a fantastic job! The cuts didn't take much effort at all, and the cutters remain just as sharp as they started out. I feel that these are going to last me a very long time. Their customer service even followed up, and I quote,"If any IGAN's product ever fails for any reason, IGAN will replace it. No proof of purchase required. Took a couple of misses before I found these... I do a lot of floral arrangements and wreaths and needed a good set of wire cutters. Finally found the perfect wire cutters! Easy to handle, nice weight to them.Best wire cutters for my projects! I rarely give five stars

Maybe good for crafters. They have an odd design with a return spring and the cutting edge is indented on the jaw edge. Light duty at best and way too expensive for what you get!
