It arrived quickly but there were no instructions included and in fine print on the label are the instructions to get installation instructions on their website, but after several hours of searching I still cannot find the instructions. I've written to their email address support and will update this review with a link to the instructions if I ever find them. It is an exciting product in appearance but without instructions on the wiring I can't risk damaging either the car nor this product. They wrote back, ignoring my message which had the entire description ("iJDMTOY Smoked Lens Towing Hitch Cover Fit 3-in-1 LED Rear Fog Light Kit Compatible with 2020-up Tesla Model Y (Rear Fog/Tail Light, F1 Strobe/Flash Brake, Sequential Turn Signal)") from their Amazon Product Listing, and Hanh insisted that I send them my order number. I sent it to them prior to their Friday closing time, but they apparently stopped early and so I can't install this. Very disappointed. I will update this review with their following-sales-support-service - it would only take a little effort from them to turn this into a five-star review. (Like either putting instructions in the box to start with, or else being more responsive in a timely fashion). Addendum: After reviewing various videos of similar items I decided to risk it, and managed to install it. WORKS GREAT. So good that I got a warning ticket from the local smokeys - the car ahead of me registered 53 in a 40, I'm 3 lengths behind it just after sundown and in a string of 10 to 15 homeward-bound commuters in a single-lane, so BINGO. Just a warning, but I am confident this enhance rear-view lighting painted a target on me. I would STILL buy this again. NOTE: you will have to remove the trunk liner 5 screws above 5 screws from below, and then easy to run the wire and cover with quality duct tape to secure the wiring. The plugs have to reach up to where each OEM brake/turn indicator light plugs into the wiring harness, then works great. Going to 5 stars IN SPITE of the lousy customer support. I reckon I won't be getting tail-ended nearly as likely, and I've never seen another Tesla in Austin with this enhancement so cooly unique.

Looks great and can be easily removed to install your towing ball into the towing receiver. Wiring of it was simple and fairly quick.
