This one works great and it's thick enough gauge metal that the heat is well distributed. I don't like to spend a lot on non-stick cookware because it goes bad in a couple years. The non-stick surface has been working great for pancakes.

It's awesome for tackling larger breakfast for family, and only one pan to clean! I have pancakes going on one side and bacon on the other, it's a breeze to clean. The handles get dangerously hot and stay hot awhile after using so be very careful. Other than that I'm very happy.

I love using this thing to heat up my tortillas. Its very versatile because I've used it for cooking other things too. It's wide enough to cook a lot at once. It takes up 2 burners, vertically. Food doesn't stick so it is easy to clean. Although the long handles are useful, I would watch out as they can get incredibly hot. I've accidentally burned myself while cooking as they can get in the way of your moving arms. Too bad they didn't wrap them in heat suppressant material. Overall quality is good for the price!

It's not a crazy expensive griddle so I'm not upset but it does warp almost immediately while cooking. Maybe its not meant for gas stovetops but either way the edges are too shallow to really catch the oil when it warps. Probably best used for pancakes or toast only ?

I was initially skeptical about this due to its lightweight, but now I see that as only a benefit. It has held up well to daily use, doesn't stick as long as oiled and pre-heated, and cleans up easily too! If I ever need another griddle, I would definitely consider buying this item again - worth every penny!

Within 2 weeks of using it, it bent, and very easy to scratch, a dangerous thing I noticed was, the handles also get hot!, I emailed the company with pictures and no reply , that was almost a month ago. I do not recommend.

Very convenient pan. Just don't like how much the handles hear up. Wish they were heatproof.
