Best customer service ever. They send me the wrong color and immediately they fixed it. It is easy to install and very easy to clean. Thin and grippy. I’m glad I went with nitro.

It took a few days to lay totally flat but it now looks great and appears to be very high quality. If weight is any indication (was very difficult to move into the garage), it should last for years.

Product is good but service, well there is no service. I sent them an email to tell them my mat arrived with a rip in it and they NEVER even responded !

I got this to put on my garage floor as I didn’t like seeing it unfinished and stained. There was no way I’d be able to leave everything in the garage outside till paint dried. Moved everything out, did some sweeping, rolled this out and brought everything back in. I did get kickstand carpet squares as I didn’t want to puncture this. Clean up easily and spills don’t soak into the concrete anymore. I’d roll it out and leave it outside for a few hours as it does have a plastic smell.

I bought this product to protect a painted garage floor and avoid paint removal as cars roll over the floor. It works fine and appears to be very durable. I am pleased with my purchase.

I ordered TWO coin pattern, black rolls, 7.5x17. Received one coin and one diamond. You can obviously see the difference in the pattern on the outside of the packaging! You honestly would almost have to do this on purpose it's so clearly marked. Now I have half of a garage. I normally don't complain but this is such an obvious error on the part of whomever prepared this order. It's really unacceptable.
