We were sent the wrong size at first but the customer service was exceptional and they allowed us to return the item and refunded us so we could reorder the correct one (we wanted the large size and were sent the smaller one).Once we set it up it and filled it up, it took about a day for the water to warm up to 85 (out of the hose the water comes out around ~60 degrees) due to this running on a regular household outlet obviously it doesnt have the same heat capacity as a legit hot tub.If you have an outdoor outlet and can leave it plugged in all the time i can almost guarantee it would stay at whatever temp you set it to without issues. We dont have an outdoor outlet so we have to plug it into extension cord going in the house and unplug after using so this contributes to the extended time it takes to warm up. We have been able to get it up to 100 degrees in one day after plugging it in around 10/11am and letting it run all day heating up from atmospheric temp (michigan mornings in august are in the mid 70s). During the day it’s a heated pool and by night it’s perfect jacuzzi temp!I love this thing. The bubbles are amazing and massage your back on the way up. The seats start to float a bit but arent too problematic. Not sure how long it will last but we have been taking care of it. Leave cover on while heating and not in use!!! Also we have gotten about 2/3 days out of the water using it everyday before it gets cloudy. This is even after shocking the hot tub hours before getting in so keep in mind your water bill may go up.Overall amazing product and worth the cost.

Easy to air up and set up. We bought this because we do long-term camping and this was perfect for the end of the day to relax after work. We have to clean the filters regularly but I think that is more a product of the water we have at our campsite AND the live oaks that are dropping leaves and junk into the hot tub while we are in it. Nothing beats watching a sunset under live oaks while in your hot tub!!

Leaks air, couldn't find the hole then to ship it back was a nightmare. Save yourself a headache and save up for a hard plastic one!!
