Works exactly like it should, and I can choose to mount my motor forward or rear facing. I wish more mounts were like this, but brass. Just to note, the skid plate itself is not reversible, one end of the outer rails are curved. Make sure that is facing the front of your rig or else the bolts to mount it will be off by a tiny margin. Once it's in correctly you can choose the direction of your motor/tranny. Boom, I just blew your mind.

Fits exactly how it should. Easily mounted. All holes were nicely tapped. Comes with extra screws which are always handy to have!
