Comes with everything in the picture - all the parts to do the lower disc brake conversion. You -use you existing spindle so you don't have to take the entire suspension apart. The kit comes with GM Loaded calipers, Disc Brake Rotors, Caliper Brackets, Brake Hoses and all the hardware - banjo bolts, bearings, seals, clips, dust caps and bolts. And the upper kit with 8" dual booster, disc/drum cylinder, disc drum prop valve, valve bracket, valve lines and bracket bolts.
