A must have tool for inner axle seals. Save yourself the trouble of damaging them and just get the tool.

This tool was low price and did the job, however failed after installing the 2nd seal half way. I had to rent another tool form a local auto-part store to finish the job. If you only want a tool that is good for one job then this will work, however if you expect it to do repeated jobs then expect it to break soon and have to look for another option.

Great item! Was able to install my diff seals with ease. Recommend if you need to install, worth the price 100% vs trying other methods that can damage the seals.

I’ve done a ton of gear installs on Dana 60’s for rock crawlers and always end up trying to use a seal driver and a sideways hammer to try and drive the seal in. This is such a simple solution, but it works. It presses agains the other surface to seat the seal flush. That’s the biggest benefit since I’ve had some go in crooked and leak.The tool was a little heavier and more heavy duty than I expected so that was nice. It seems well enough made and operates pretty smoothly. It’s easy to figure out how to use it too.Overall, if you do more than a random one off swap, this will same you some time and the possibility of getting something crooked.

Sure you can pound seals in with a piece of pipe but for the price of this press why bother? Works perfect.
