I am so in love with these products.. everything is perfect. I love my new gear it most definitely makes me stand out and allow me to get footage I would have never been able to get before. 10 out of 10

I love this camera. I do. But it's advertised as waterproof and it positively is not. Large numbers of these have been ruined by shallow dips. The resolution and pic quality leave things go be desired. The stitching lines are OFTEN problematic. Plenty of hangs and malfunctions. It's ONLY good in bright sunlight. It's over priced. But it's still a lot of fun

As the title says, don’t use this with the motorcycle mount. I did, and the adhesive used to bond the carbon pole to the aluminum baseplate failed, causing my brand new X4 to fall to the asphalt and get dragged behind my motorcycle at around 50mph. My camera suffered a smashed lens and a lot of roadrash. I contacted Insta360 immediately and was ultimately told that they wouldn’t repair or replace any of the damaged equipment due to the failure because the extended stick isn’t to be used with the motorcycle mount. I really wanted to like Insta360, but after the equipment failure and my experience with their customer service, I cannot say that I’m a fan.

The length is nice to get Ariel shots but the mount on the bottom broke off and the stick fell on the ground and damaged my camera. There needs to be a way to make the mount stronger. It seems to be just glued on. It either needs to be stronger glue or pinned somehow to prevent it from separating from the pole.If you were just walking around with it you shouldn’t have any problems. Just be aware that if you mount it on something that it could separate and whatever you have on the other end could be damaged. If it didn’t damage my camera I would have probably given it 4 or 5 stars.
