Didn’t live up to what it stated it would do. I found it very hard to setup and I am a systems and application engineer! I couldn’t get it to keep apps on the machine if I made any changes. The one thing I bought it for was to play recipe videos on YouTube and I could never get that loaded at all! I returned the thing and got an Alexa and couldn’t be happier.

I almost returned it. Not touch responsive. You have to push screen very hard before it will respond. Also, it pushes apps like iheart radio pro that you have to pay money for. The free app is unavailable. It also pushes other apps like pandora, but you have to have a subscription. The only reason I’m keeping it is because I finally figured out how to get local radio stations. Seems it should have at least come with an app that automatically brings up local stations. It does not. On the plus side, the speakers are decent.

I am so excepting to get this one! I bought this for my mom as a gift. I can say that it is a true kitchen entertainment device. My mom like to cooking and listening to music while cooking, with this one, she can do even more things at her loved kitchen! What she says to me that the one of her most favourite feature is “ you can search different recipes and buy groceries at this oneâ€. You also can add your own recipes in it.I can see that this device is really easy to use, even for moms. WiFi works well, the image quality is decent, the screen is really touchy, the sound quality is fine and the shape of the product looks really cute too. There is nothing like this one in the market. I like the concept and everything went really well. Next time I will buy one for my mother in law! LOL

Ok I can put aside the software given the price. But this must be plugged in to function.....cmon no battery for real. So now I have to unplug stuff or leave it in and the cord out and exposed ....gross....

Right off the back, instructions that came with the unit were for a different unit by the same manufacturer. So, without instructions, I was left to try to figure out the baffling interface on my own. I couldn't even figure out how to turn the volume up or down until I got an Email back from tech support. (You hold the "home" button down! Of course! Why didn't I guess that?). Next, it couldn't attach to my local Chicago NPR station. It kept telling me there was a network error. I could attach to the NPR stations in lots of other cities (e.g. WAMU in DC), just not my local station.I called their tech support phone number. They asked me to leave a question and they'd call me back. They never did. After two frustrating days of Email exchanges with tech support, I just returned the unit.

It doesn’t perform and capture internet station’s. I should have sent it back but too late now. I do like that it is a plug-in without an adapter.

I love it in my kitchen. I can put a show on while I'm cooking instead of trying to prop my phone up somewhere.Because it is a touch screen the screen tends to get smeared very easily because there is usually stuff on my hands while I'm trying to use it. Also no volume control there's just one volume but it is sufgeciently loud. Does have glare when the sun coming in through the windows hits it. But it is easy to use and does what it says it does. Overall I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

This is a great addition on my counter top, no need to rely on the small screen of my cellphone anymore, this product can do all I need, check up recipes, listen to music or audio book while cooking. Love it.
