I couldn't be happier than I am with this charger. It checked all the boxes for me. I needed a hard wired charger to qualify for a rebate from my electric company and this is hardwired. My electrician was impressed with the build quality and ease of installation. My panel is on the other side of the house so it was a long run. Because it's hardwired there was a no need for an outlet or a GFCI breaker so that helps reduce the total cost as well. In my state they require conduit so they only needed to run 3 wires as well. 2 hots and a ground. I submitted my bill from the electrician and my Amazon receipt to my power company and I've been approved for a $1,000 rebate The check is in the mail. The app that goes with this charger could probably provide a little more information but it's simple to use and works perfectly. I have it set up to charge my car between 11:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. which is long enough to get a full charge and I charge it when my electric rates are the lowest. I would highly recommend this charger to anyone who's looking for a hardwired charger.

I have had this EV Charger for a month now, and it has worked as expected. The software does need a little work, but it does everything it has promised.Notes:When installing the software the QR Code and Barcode are 2 different codes.When using the software, you need to be connected via bluetooth to have ability to adjust the settings of the charger.

The charger seems to be working good. The big problem I have is I can’t register it for warranty. I have sent the manufacture 3 emails on this. The manufacturer has not responded to any of them. I even called Amazon to make sure I had the right email address. They said I did. There is no phone number in the USA to contact them. You would have to call to China, Russia, or India to see if you could talk to someone.

I needed a faster charger for my Rivian since it was only using a level 1 charger so I upgraded to this level 2 charger. The installation was easy because I have some experience with electrical work and the hardwiring process was clearly explained in the instructions. The Wifi connection setup was straightforward and I connected it to my home network so I could monitor charging through the app. Charging my car is now much faster than with my previous level 1 charger and I noticed a significant drop in charging times. The long cable is very convenient since it easily reaches my car parked in the driveway.

I bought this 24-foot INVT charger for my parents' Tesla, and it's been fantastic. The length is perfect for their yard, garage, or driveway – way better than those ridiculously short cables you see at Superchargers. It's a sleek Level 2 charger at 48 amps, and because it's NEMA 4 and IP66 rated, I wasn't worried about installing it outside. We already had a J1772 to Tesla adapter, so I figured we'd give this a try as a replacement for their Tesla charger. Even though I'd never heard of INVT before, both my parents and I are really impressed with it. The app is pretty good, and the fact that it's waterproof gives me peace of mind. Honestly, the build quality is noticeably better than other chargers I've seen and even owned. It was easy to set up and install, and the price was great – definitely cheaper than going through the dealership. Highly recommend this charger to anyone looking for a solid, reliable option. Fast delivery too, which was a bonus!
