Very Easy to Install
Unscrew the ends of waterproof connector, insert wire through directly, secure the cable in the right hole, and tighten it, all it takes just a screwdriver.
Warnings
After completion, please confirm again whether the screw has been tightened and the cable is completely sealed.
Please don't use the waterproof joint box when it is seriously damaged.
Waterproof
The junction box is a wire connector with good waterproof performance. The waterproof grade reaches IP68. It can be used within 3 meters underwater, but not more than 3.5 meters.

I used these to modify some LED pool lights that only came with 50 ft cables. These use R/G/B with return which worked well with the 4pin configuration. A smaller version would be great as I was concerned about these fitting through all my conduit joints. These did fit fine. The waterproof feature was a "must have" for me as part of the conduit run is below water level.

I bought these to splice wires for string lights on my gazebo. So far they have lasted about a year in the Arizona sun and heat! Very happy with this product and I will be ordering for for my next project!

However, they are easy enough to take one side apart if needed once in a while for service. They are waterproof and are well made. Think of them as a reusable Butt connector but without the need for crimping. Screw tightens clamping on wire strands. Tin the wire will make it easier but not really necessary.

My first time using one was a learning curb. I cut the wires too long and stripped the wire too long. It was easy to just cut the wire shorter and try again. I still had too much wire and had to just cut shorter a second time. The amount of wire used in the connection fooled me. Be prepared to try again.

Well built and perfect to extend the line between my low power solar lights and panel. Very well built easy to use but pay attention to not invert polarity when using for DC CONNECTIONS.

I love these. I have a habit of accidentally hitting extension cords with the snowblower or lawnmower.... these are a great waterproof solution to repair them when that happens or join 2 cords in a waterproof way rather then plugging them end-to-end.I have used them on outdoor 16 ga (16AWG) cords; not sure if they work on larger ones.
