These work really well - used them in an LED driver. Make sure to grab the datasheet online, because the symbol for a mosfet is different from the arrangement of the pins in this package (Gate - Drain - Source).Also... If driving LED's, and you place this between ground and the LED... the "source" needs to be connected to GND, and "Drain" needs to go to the led. Doesn't make sense to me, but with mosfets the higher potential needs to be "drain".

I used these mosfets to power some LED strip lighting in a PWM circuit from an Arduino for a Halloween project. They performed well.

I only tested a few so far but they seem to work and meet specs. They appear to be genuine IR/Infineon parts. On resistance is very low, on the order of 15 milliohms tested at 2.5A and VGS of 10.2V, which is why I chose this device, perfect for LED drive. I knocked two points off (yeah, it is that important) for being packaged in an ordinary (not antistatic) plastic bag which of course is very poor practice for MOS devices.

They work as intended. Can't ask for anything more.I used them to allow an arduino to drive a RGB LED strip.

not much else to say...only concern was packaging; two had bent legs, but it was noting more than cosmetic

Not much to say. They either work or they don't. All of mine are fine!

As the title reads, I received counterfeit parts. The do "kind of" work initially, but they perform no where close to within specification. Guess I'll stick with Mouser and Digikey to avoid the headache & wasted time. Take a look at the the attached photo, how the "I R" logo appears fuzzy, and as an outline. Versus the listing photo which is accurate for a legitimate part.
