We used on our garage doors as decorative hardware, didn't want anything that overwhelmed the doors but still would provide a classic look. Used them reversed of how they are usually shown/used and love them. They are very heavy and solid.

This review is for the “ Iron Valley - 4.5'' Ring Pull - Door & Gate Handle - Solid Cast Ironâ€. I bought 2 of these for the gate leading to my backyard. The people who designed the door/gate to our HOA was not very helpful for everyday living. There was no handle and it gets HOT on the top of the door in Arizona. I put one of these on both sides of the door to help me open and close the door without burning my fingers from grabbing the scalding metal top of the doorframe. They are very heavy cast iron and they will last longer than the door because the quality is superb! I had someone install them for me so they’d be even so it was a breeze. In reality, it only took 10 minutes because it comes with the 4 screws that match the handle. The size of the ring is perfect for any sized hand. Love how it looks! I have received a ton of compliments on them already. Incredibly happy!

Posted these on the headboard and they more than impressed. Perfect Medieval look and surprisingly heavy. They don’t feel or look cheap at all. Excellent addition to the bedroom spice.
