Installed on a 2004 Ford F150 5.4l engine 4x4. Works great and price is great compared to Ford price for Motorcraft . Ford did not have one on hand anyway and didn't know when they would get any. Easy to install and it does not come with the O ring gasket but does have throttle position sensor. Watch YouTube video for installation and setup steps which is very easy.

I just installed the throttle body which was very easy and I replaced the gasket that I got from my local auto parts store. The 5.4 Triton has always been kind of a slug. I must say that for my first run I actually got a "Kick" when I hit the gas. I didn't know she had it in her. I gave 4 stars because time will tell if this initial upgrade will last but for now this throttle body gets a WOW.

it worked great for a few weeks like it should ,now it has interm issues . using alot of gas when it acts up , and stalls . had everything else checked on the motor worked it down to a cab throttle body/ lasted 3 months and of course its past return time

Simple to install! If you have rough acceleration on a Ford F150 5.4 Triton, this is cheap enough to see if this is your problem. Why clean it when you can get this one cheap? Don't forget to reset the ECM! You take the negative clamp OFF the battery. Take a jumper wire from the positive lead to the negative cable for one minute. Then hook negative back up. Turn key on , let the throttle body cycle (about 15 seconds) then start a COLD engine and let idle for 15 minutes. THIS HAS TO BE DONE ON A COLD MOTOR! If you have had acceleration problems, this will probably fix it.

This has fixed the P2135 engine code and green wrench in the odometer/info box for my F250. I followed the instructions from repair forums and here in other reviews. You absolutely must clear the PCM/ECM and let it idle for 15min after before driving. Will update if there are any future issues. For now this part was $600 cheaper than the local part stores OEM.
