Replaced some old ones in my MAC kit. They work JUST as well if not better than MAC brand.

Used this to cut threads into a bolt handle on a rifle. Round down the shank to about 0.313" and cut some threads. The die was sharp and had plenty of space for shavings to self-clean from the die. Only downside with these types of dies is they have a real gentle taper to help the die get started with cutting threads, which means you can't cut threads all the way down / flush with the base of your material. I did flip the die around and chase the threads down and it cut almost completely down to the end of the shank, so it is possible to do.In total, I'm very happy with the quality and precision of this die.

We needed to add more threads onto the pushrods of our Tilton master cylinders, and this tool did the trick. approx 24 hour shipping to Cincinnati OH, this got us going again, as we couldn't find one near us at hardware stores

Quality seems comparable to other hanson but less than my snap-on but much easier on the wallet.

i like how its way cheaper then a 20 or a 10 dollar skate tool with this on it, This tool is a go to for fixing those damaged or worn down treads plus it should be in every skate shop if i ran one its a fairly cheap tool it is well wroth the money make sure u use some kind of oil like 3 and 1 or wd 40 center the tool on the damaged or worn treads and use a cresent wrench and start turning it but before u turn it spay the tool with the oil and start treading and then wipe and done !

Worked as described. Used it to thread the bolt handle on my Rem 700 for a custom knob - did the job slick as all get out.
