Definitely a good value. Rough an entire basement with one bit. Comes with two screw tips, which I did have to swap out midway. Drilled a lot of Douglas fir joists. As withy any self fead bit, it doesn't pull very well in the last 1/2" or so, as the bit has nothing to grab in the other side.

This bit is pretty awesome, it leaves super clean hole edges and self guides and feeds quite well.
