This product is perfect! I just bought 4 Atmos loudspeakers with flat very smooth polished bottom surfaces designed to rest on top of main speaker cabinets that are equally flat and smooth! Any movement of either speaker and the top most Atmos speaker sailed right off to the floor! The Jessup Safty Track is very thin, too thin to notice, and now the Atmos seakers act like they're glued to the main speaker cabinet they're resting upon! Yet they're not and can be picked up with greater ease than before as they're NOT sliding away at the siltiest touch. I have no idea what the coefficient of friction, (sliding resistance), actually is, except that it is extremely high. If you want some article to stop sliding off a pollished surface, stick this to the bottom of the offending item and that will never happen again.

I had purchased a memory foam mat for standing on while washing dishes in the sink, but it was a bit slippy.I bought these tracks to give it more traction, and they only work marginally better than nothing at all.Not recommended!

Bought this to remove "slipperiness" of an Amish-made throw rug on a tile bathroom floor.The adhesive seems to be staying stuck to the bottom of the rug so far (it's been one week of use to-date w/o peeling off).And the nonslip side of the rubber seems to provide excellent traction against the tile floor so far too.So, all-in-all, this is working as we'd hoped. Only time will tell how long it acts as a good solution that we've "made up".

Took a chance ordering this, hoping the material would be akin to those "foot petals" that are sold in stores. By all appearances and the description, it seemed that it was. Well, it is. EXACTLY. Hallelujah! Buying the tape is much more cost effective. Now I can DIY my own non-skid sole grips and de-slippify multiple pairs of heels, which are notorious for having those ultra smooth, leather soles. I'm excited!

I used this on a little step stool my wife keeps in the closet. I cut it to fit and it worked out great. No more slipping off the stool.

I cut pieces of this off to put on the bottom of dress shoes. Works like a charm!
