I bought 2 bikes. One for my 81 year old friend. These bikes are well made and ride beautifully. They were delivered in three days and mostly assembled. If you are looking for a fun, comfortable bike to ride, this is the one. I ordered with saddlebags. The bags did not come with the bikes. I wrote to the seller and they quickly responded and sent the bags. Good quality, good people. They even called me to make sure I received everything.

Very happy with the first ebike which is a U4, the second EBike is a U5 and this is now our third purchase, the U5 Pro. Fun to ride around and easy to handle. They’re the perfect speed and weight. Would definitely recommend.

This electric bike is awesome, me and kid are having so much fun. It’s goes super fast, it can handle 2 people, it charges really fast, and it’s really durable made to last!!! I’m so happy I bought this electric bike, it’s worth every penny.

I was excited to receive my ebike from isinwheel.The ebike was very simple to assemble. My model is foldable which makes it very easy to transport. Everything about my ebike was 100% true. I am ecstatic with my purchase. I had a reason to communicate with isinwheel company and let me tell you that they were extremely professional in dealing with me and was very prompt to answer my concerns. They also made me realize that they truly cared about my issue and my customer satisfaction. I am 100% completely satisfied!!!!!!

For my handy husband it was easy to put together. The battery was fully charged under 3 hours. We had a little hard time to turn the bike on (don’t forget to leave the key in!!!) but contacted customer support and they were able to help us. Now, I’m enjoying my bike every day!
