What heat gun to use with JAJADO Wood Burning Paste?

A 1000+ watt heat gun that reaches a temperature of 500+℃/932+ ℉ or higher

How to Use JAJADO Paste with a Heat Gun for Wood Burning?

Place your vinyl or stencil directly on the piece of wood. Make sure to press it down well so the paste could seep through and not bleed.
Use JAJADO mini scraper and scrape a layer of our wood paste across the entire stencil. Wipe off any excess and turn to the jar.
Leave the stencil on wood for about 2 minutes to let the paste gel set slightly.Carefully remove the stencil.
Finally use a heat gun to activate the paste gel to get the wood burning effect. The key here is to keep the heat gun moving so you get an even wood burn and don't charring the unfinished wood.
If you don't have a heat gun, you can use a hair dryer or heat press at 400 degrees to activate the paste.I would suggest pressing in about 10 second clips

How to Use JAJADO Paste with a Heating for Wood Burning?

Prepare the wood by applying the paste over a stencil or vinyl,scrape a thin layer of paste gel over the stencil,let the stencil and wood burning paste sit for at least 2 minutes,peel off the stencil.
Place the wood in your heat press.Lower the top platen down so it hover over the wood but don't fully close the press. Set the time for 15 seconds. This is not going to activate the paste, it's just going to dry it slightly.
After the 15 seconds open the heat press and cover the wood piece(s) with a sheet of butcher paper (shiny side down toward the wood).Close the heat press completely and let it sit on the wood for 15 seconds.
Open the press and check the wood burn. Rotate the item 180 degrees and re-cover with the butcher paper, but in a different (clean) area of the paper. Repeat one more time if you want a darker burn.Open
the heat press and remove the wood items from the bottom platen

I purchased these to flatten the paper down on terracotta pots that I've been mod podging. Super useful and works. You have to be careful though because sometimes it does rip the paper if you do it roughly. Happy with purchase and works as intended. Plus they give you 5 !

I thought this was a fun project. Definitely mess around with the amount you use. You can tell I went lighter on the top half. I still love it though.
