I am new to doing Ikebana arranging and I realized I needed one of these. I did the research and ordered this one. I am very satisfied with its weight, appearance and overall quality. It came in a nice little box, which is nice for storage. The little spikes are sharp and the box makes it easier to pick up. I have more to add to my collection, but this is a great, versatile piece.

Perfect size for 5" bowl. A small ikebana for dinner table, above fireplace or counter top of kitchen. Very heavy base n support very well. High quality for heavy duty. It should last long n no rust for a long time even under water.

I love this product. It's really heavy and of very good quality, and it helped me make my floral arrangements look 100% better. You can achieve a lot more control and really create a shape.

This is heavier than you think it is. It does very well with flowers no taller than 6". It does okay with flowers taller than that. The missing fifth star is because you can't make tall arrangements. Would buy again...

Love this time, it is very sturdy and is just the right size. I am already using it for my arrangement 💠Giving 4 stars as it should have come with a small brush as it is a bit hard to clean out from small left over bits of old flowers.

This is sturdy and will last forever. I like the ring which keeps it from sliding easily and also discourages rings forming in the dishes that are used for arrangements. This is not the best for arrangements that use heavy branches but it is not intended for that. In the SF Bay area the flower mart sells a similar product with no ring but is slightly larger and has longer pins.

I recently began taking an Ikebana class and needed a Kenzan. This one was priced much lower than others and the quality is excellent.

I truly like this kenzan. It is heavy enough to hold cut flowers and plants. I just have to place it in a dish of my choice, fill the dish with water, and stick some plant parts on it. It's a great way to spread cheerful plant parts around the house.

This is a solid product and, because of the closely placed spikes, it held my flowers well.
