I picked Jargar Classic Forte A & D to mellow out my cello's bright top end, which was a bit much for playing in my bedroom. These have a very sweet, dark sound that is a little more pleasing to me for playing a bit more quietly. They are quite thick, which make take some adjustment with bowing because they respond slightly slower. They seemed to have almost no break-in period, they sounded great straight out of the package. They seem to hold their tuning very quickly as well.

I'm not sure about the quality of this string, or perhaps I received a returned string. It's not as smooth as a new string should be, snd it doesn't sound as good as I expected. I'm disappointed.

Jargar classic strong/forte strings sound as good or even better than Larsens on my cello, at a much lower price!

La cuerda me duro solo un mes, y despues ya se empezo a desentorchar y eso significa que esta viejas. Ya tengo mucho tiempo en stock y no se vendieron en el tiempo necesario, no las recomiendo, pesimo producto.
