Our 4 year old was very excited to check in on his tank to see how big his fish were getting. The seal on the top is secure enough for him to run around the house without leaking. He keeps it on his nightstand like a real (maintenance free) fish tank. Good purchase!!

I bought these aquariums for a gift for my grandchildren they do not work the fish have not grown in the first 24 hours . It is a very small aquarium.
