When they say Lifetime Warranty , they mean it! I purchased 2 of the 75 ft hoses and one 150’ hose. One of the 75’ hoses, had two small leaks in the hose after using it this summer. Upon contacting them by email, I was told to submit to them where I purchased the hose, the order number and a short video showing the defect. This took me less than 5 minutes of my time, and 6 days later my new replacement hose was delivered. These were my first expandable hoses I have ever owned and are so much easier to work with than the heavy non expandable hoses. And though I was concerned how they would hold up over time, with a warranty like this I will continue to purchase these hoses.In addition to this hose being lightweight and easy to work with, it wraps around the water hose stand I purchased so easily, and just as easy to remove when needed. A win!!!

After my last expandable hose sprung a leak that turned into a large rupture, I searched extensively and read countless reviews before finding this heavy duty (but still very lightweight), expandable, 100 foot J&B hose. Many of the reviews mentioned its strength and durability, while still being lightweight, all of which were key criteria for my next hose. I hesitated at first, though, as it was a bit pricey compared to others, but when I saw that it had a lifetime warranty, and read so many reviews mentioning the stellar customer service this company provided when they needed a replacement due to a leak, I realized that the slightly higher price was well worth it. When the hose arrived, I was pleasantly surprised with how lightweight and flexible it was (even when filled with water!), while still feeling very durable. The metal attachment end provided a leak-free, solid attachment to the faucet, as well. It has been completely kink-free and provides excellent water pressure. I am extremely impressed with the overall quality, and how quickly and easily this hose contracts when the water supply is turned off and the hose is emptied (note that completely emptying the hose once the water is turned off is important, in order for the hose to contract!). The sprayer head that came with it is easy to hold and operate, seems to be well-made, and works well on the shower and other settings, however it does not provide a strong jet spray for some reason. Overall, though, this high-quality hose has well exceeded my expectations!

The positives; very lightweight and easy to handle, doesn't knot up, truly kink-proof which is why I bought it, attractive covering. The negatives; the "75 foot" size is about 20 feet long and if you pull on it like you're pulling an unwilling earthworm out of its hole, and stretch it, you might be able to get it to 75' but not around a corner. I couldn't. And you have to babysit it, you must hold the hose to water, you can't just pull it to where you want water, set it down and walk away, because it's a Slinky toy and will spring right back to 20'. That was almost comical. But I like the kink-proof factor enough that I just ordered another one, to attach to the first and get the length I need without really wrestling with it, pulling and stretching it. Had I known all this prior to buying it, I might not have bought it. But it's a drought right now and I've got plants dying, can't be worrying about details for the price of a hose. It wasn't that expensive. I'll give the review an update after using it for a bit.OK, update, after receiving 2nd hose and connecting the two. Now it reaches the 75' they advertise. It is a very good hose, lightweight, doesn't kink. But it does get caught on the slightest imperfection on concrete. And you can't pull it around a corner, you have to go back and walk it around a corner. So you have to basically set it up where you want to spray and then you're good. I still like it better than my old hose which kinked all the time and was very heavy. Nothing is perfect.Yet another update; I still really like this hose. Just some notes; after being stretched any number of times, eventually it is stretched and is longer, so maybe I didn't need that additional length of hose. It will not slide on concrete, the fabric snags on everything, so you can't just pull it along. You have to pick it up and move it. Not a big deal as it is very lightweight. Also, it fills with water, so when you turn the faucet off, the hose still has several gallons of water in it under pressure and you can continue to water plants until the pressure has died.

I like this hose a lot. It's light and compact. Easy to store and move to different faucets. Also, the customer service is very good. The hose sprung a hole and when I contacted them they immediately sent me a new one. They were very helpful and polite and make it easy for me.

The 75' hose I bought in 2019 lasted great for 6 years before it started leaking. I messaged J&B Merchandise LLC, and they responded right away telling me they are sending me a replacement. Great product and even better customer service!!

Don't go through another winter freeze without a hose like this! These expandable hoses are absolutely worth their weight in gold and make keeping animals watered SUPER easy! They're lightweight, easy to carry, easy to drain, easy to store, and have great water pressure. When not in use I toss it in a bucket and keep it in the mud room so it can't freeze. 50ft was the perfect length for this particular application, but I've used up to 200ft of this type of hose and never kinked and was easy to use at any length. When properly cared for (not left in the sun, not allowed to freeze, etc) these hoses last forever! I honestly wouldn't ever look at a different type of hose if I didn't need ones that could live outside full time. Inside my barn is outfitted with these though. One of the most versatile and functional tools for winter and the rest of the year too!

Other hoses are heavy, awkward to manouver, tangle and break. This hose is light, manouvers well, and doesn't tangle.
