Picture of product is correct...you need fittings to be about 180° off.Line in box came with fittings in same direction...very hard to install with muscled twist and I'm sure will lead to premature failure.Everything is garbage these days, be aware.

Good quality product and it can't be faulted for not fitting every vehicle, but it didn't meet my needs. The pressure line fit fine on my 68 GMC 1500 but the return line was about 6" too short. If you need lines for a similar truck get the fittings and then 2.5' 3/8" line from a local shop.
