JET HD Series Beam Clamps come in capacities from 1 ton to 5 tons, and can accommodate a beam up to 12 inches wide. Each JET Beam Clamp Jaw is designed to distribute the load away from the beam flange and adjusts easily for a wide range of standard H or I beams. The HD Series has a greater beam flange width for wider beams.

The HBC-5 clamp is ANSI and ASME compliant, mounts easily and securely either horizontally or vertically to a broad range of wide-flange H and standard I beams, and provides up to 11000-pound of rigging capacity.

I use this beam clamp to lift very heavy I-Beams . Longest beam i lifted with this was 50 feet at 45 lbs per foot,I would recommend it to anybody who needs really good clamp.

I used this to clamp to a metal beam in my garage to support a 1 ton manual hoist. It supports and gets the job done.
