The case for my $1800 Yamaha was no fun to load. The Jiayouy B foot case was not a perfect fit at first, I did not mind cutting into and padding up a relatively inexpensive case. The page for the Jiayouy B foot case has a picture of a C foot instrument, page says B foot, and is a B foot case. Nice to have a hard shell case that holds cloth and stick and not a floppy bag for most hard shell B foot cases. I had also purchased the more expensive Gator B foot case. This case caused the G# to interfere with the head joint. And case had interference with the flute hinges. Modifying this case would be difficult. When case was open top and bottom were not coincident causing case to rock slightly when loading. The case hinges caused the case to not have stable footing standing upright. I would think Gator would have taken care of this detail in the case mold.

used to replace a ratty old case, very nice. Used for a reconditioned flute and gave as a gift. Receiver was happy with it. Looks good as well.

can act a bit weird sometimes, the locks can shift but you can just tighten the screws and align them. been using this with a germeinhardt 3ob and its been keeping it safe! not bad at all for quality, fits just fine for my flute

This case is a cheap quality. It does not even fit the measurement of the 17 hole flute as advertised. Some of the holes are much larger than the pieces while others are tight and don’t fit right. The shell of the plastic on the outside feels pretty thin also. For the low price on this product, you get what you pay for.

Very easy to open and shut. Did come with some weird odor but left it open for a few days and it was just fine.
