I LOVE this case it is so awesome it has pockets to put your cleaning rod and cloths to clean it. The beginner foot joint doesn't fit as well but it still keeps it protected. The case that came with my flute was poor quality and this one is awesome way better that one. I am in the 5th grade and a beginner. Very Good quality and GREAT price!!Pros:Has good amount of pockets.Has nice protection.Is a very nice color!Fits Head Joint and Body Very nicely.Cons:Doesn't fit the beginner foot joint as well but is still protected.

Protec makes very good cases for all instruments. I bought this for my daughter who just started band and I didn't like her flimsy case that the instrument came with. Also, this works with all the extra straps so she doesn't have to carry it, along with her Stanley cup. The cases do last, because I bought one for my trumpet back in college and I've had the case for over 25 years and it has kept my instrument safe. So if you see this, BUY THE CASE!!!

I love the streamlined look of this case. It's thin and sleek and professional and doesn't have any extra baggage. The fabric is very durable and looks like it won't fade or look dirty and scratched after only a year. But if my word doesn't make you feel better, this case has a 5 year warranty. So much can happen in that time that the fact that Protec would stand behind its product for that long really means something. The case accommodates b and c foot flutes and the fit is tight so that you push the parts in gently and they stay in even if you tilt the case a little. There's also room around the tight parts of these compartments that is meant to accomodate the way the keys and rods are set on different flutes, which is really nice. The velveloa lining and padding are excellent and the interior is gentle with the instrument. The outside pocket is huge and can fit your cleaning rod, polishing cloths, cleaning cloth, silver cloth, earplugs and a piccolo in its hard case very amply. If you don't have the piccolo or don't want to put it in the pocket you can fit all your other gadgets inside, though I think I can still squeeze my tuner in. It's very generously size. Don't try to save money because later you'll end up coming back for this one like I did. It looks professional, is light and keeps your flute super safe!

Great case. Lightweight and tough. I had the previous generation of this case for about 12 years and it showed no signs of wear. Unfortunately my cleaning rod/cloth developed some mold while in storage (always let it dry before you zip it up and put it away), so I got rid of that case and bought this new one.The new generation appears to be just as good, and now has the pencil pocket and cleaning rod pocket. The pencil pocket is not long enough for a new (unsharpened) pencil, and the cleaning rod pocket is not quite long enough for my cleaning rod. I just chuck everything in the main pocket anyway, so not a deal breaker.

This feels like the "Cadillac" of flute cases to me for several reasons. It's clearly high-quality, from the materials to the construction. Even the zipper pulls seem a cut above. The outer case is thick, durable nylon, with quality fittings and attachments. The inner shell is rigid, like a normal flute case, and holds the flute securely. There's an outside pouch for accessories, and an ample, adjustable shoulder strap.The cut-out is designed to hold either a "C foot" or a "B foot" flute. I play a "C foot" but I have one of those flute stands that folds up and sticks in the end of the foot, and this fits perfectly in the cut-out. That was a big bonus for me.I can't see ever needing another flute case. This is the one I'd get every time.

My case just arrived this morning - the third Protec case I own. Protec's quality is superb and it's really the only brand I will buy as a doubling musician. This case provides fantastic protection for your instrument and is heat resistant, unlike the stock cases which flutes arrive in and which will absorb enormous heat if left in a car for even half an hour. The Protec cases are fine for ages in a car - excellent heat resistance. Beautiful interior. Case wisely made to accomodate B and C footjoints. Awesome buy! :) Oh.. and great side pocket for accessories... probably even space for a picc. :)

Excellent flute case however my flute was a bit short when it's stored in its happy place. It is securely safe inside and doesn't move around. I love the extra compartments and the strap to carry it for hands free. My daughter is using this and she loves it.

This case is a nice color (I have it in teal blue) and of solid construction. My Gemeinhardt 3SB (B Foot; not new-generation) fits snugly and my bo pep finger saddle sits nicely in a notch inside (probably not what it's there for, but it works!). There's plenty of room in the pocket for smaller accessories, but I find I do carry a tote or gig bag when I need to carry anything other than my instrument and music. Overall, I'm pleased with the purchase. And with the color options, my case always stands out from the others when I have to leave it off-stage which is nice when you're trying to pack up after a concert and everyone's black instrument cases are piled along the wall.

Je l'ai offerte à mon copain il y a déjà 1ans et je dois dire qu'elle est parfaite, moi même flutiste, je l'envie ! Elle est toujours comme neuve !Les + : Protège bien car la partie extérieur où il y a la flute est rigide, de bonne manufacture, légère, de bonnes coutures ainsi que fermetures, l'intérieur est conçu pour directement mettre l'instrument et pas la boite mais c'est un revêtement assez doux et qui n'abime pas du tout, la bandoulière et ses attaches sont solides c'est donc pratique pour le transport, et enfin il y a un rangement devant qui est parfait pour mettre un pied pliable pour flute, des crayons .. enfin tout ce qui est nécessaire à un flutiste !!N'hésitez pas, c'est la bonne !

El producto llegó en perfectas condiciones y dos dÃas antes de lo previsto. La calidad es excelente, se ve y se siente desde el primer contacto, el instrumento cabe a la perfección y las bolsas o compartimientos que tiene son súper útiles. Definitivamente fue la mejor inversión. 100% recomendable.
