Product was amazing. Easy to install. The night after I installed it, it had rained and it was directly blowing rain on the 12 foot wide roll up garage door. The next morning told me what I needed to know about the seal kit. Perfect, not a single drop of water has entered the building. Very pleased, thank you!

My garage situation is such that water and earthworms often seep and crawl under my garage door. The dead earthworms were grossing me out, so I looked for a solution and found this garage door threshold seal strip. It came with the sealant, but I chose a different one because my floor was wet when I installed the threshold. The threshold strip itself was very flexible and the instructions on how to install it were very clear. I was able to cut the strip to my needed length with a pocket knife and secure it easily to the floor. I've driven over it a few times parking my car in the garage and it pops right back into shape. It has rained several times since I installed it and it is working great.

This works well to minimize the drafts in our garage door. It is very sturdy, flexible, thick but was difficult to fit in our track. It finally did on in our track. Good vale for the money spent. It helped keep out the cold when the temps were below zero!

I bought this not to use for my garage door seal but rather to use as a water dam along one wall in my garage. It worked great. The rubber seems good quality and was easy to work with. The adhesive provided was more than adequate for the job. The price comes in much lower than some other alternative I looked at.

I have a 6 car garage and this threshold does exactly as advertised. Glad I bought it and would definitely buy again if need be. Easy to apply/install. Everything needed is included (except your choice of cutting tool). Would absolutely recommend. Keeps rain out like a champ. Remember to measure twice and cut once. Excellent product.

We got it too late to glue down as it’s been too wet and cold, but even so it’s been very effective. I look forward to glueing it down to see how much more effective it will be. I think you definitely want to install this before it gets cold and damp, but it was easy enough. It keeps water out of our garage and helps keep everything nice and dry.

Happy to say this solved the issue I was having, It had Plenty of the "glue" used to stick it in place and it made a water tight seal when it was all dry! Very happy
