Their design is quite simple yet effective – you place the middle of the "U" shape inside the bend of the tubing. This small adjustment significantly reduces stress and helps to straighten out the tubing as it enters the joint.In my experience, not using such tools can lead to gradual compression of the tubing, especially if there's a bend near the fitting. I learned this the hard way when, after eight years, my tubing developed a drip leak at the joint, leading to water damage and a minor flood situation. It's worth noting that these stress-relief tools weren't included with the system I originally purchased from another source.For situations with severe bends near the fittings, I've found that using 90-degree fittings is the best approach. Nothing much to say beyond that. Good value for the money, and they work as advertised. Some might argue they’re not necessary. But it’s very cheap peace of mind.

I would have liked it if these had extender tabs on the clip to easily grab, otherwise they are fine

I used these on some push fittings. The fittings are 3/8 ID and the tubing is ATP surethane 3/8 OD.These clips are just a hair shy of the space behind the outer lip.They are easy to install, hold tight and easy to remove if needed.Exactly what I was looking for my 4 way inflation system.

Secures RO/DI Covbections when pressure comes into play. These locking clips comes in handy in securing quick-connections with your 1/4†RO/DI tubings. Make sure to push with a slight effort on insertion (quick-connect and RO/DI tubing), ones it stops going any further, apply a slight pull to retract the portion where the clips are to be inserted. These are a-must have when securing RO/DI connections!
