This lens hood was used with the 55-200mm lens as implied by the product name. It fit. well and did help with both the aesthetic as well as blocking glare/sunlight. It fit good, and was pretty good material. Overall good purchase.

Perfect. Yes, this fits the Canon EF-M 55-200mm IS Lens well. It can be mounted frontwards and backwards for storing. Built well, and twists on easy once you have it aligned. Even better, it has a red dot under the JJC logo which helps to line up the hood's grooves and put it on properly.I'm not sure how this is compared to the original Canon hood, but it fits fine and does the job. Recommended!

The Canon version of this is so overpriced, this one by JJC does exactly what I want it to do, protect the lens and prevent harsh light angles and it cost about one third the cost of the Canon one. Solid polycarbonate construction, quarter turn screw on and it fits perfectly.

Fits on the lens.The quality of the product is satisfactory.I’ve not used it a wide angle ,therefore will need to see if there is any restrictions in field.
