Great product so far! I have been using for about a month. I own 3 medium to large size dogs an a cat. The water stays clean, my animals seem to be encouraged to drink more water, I only need to fill every couple days which is super easy, just pour a pitcher right on top! I have changed the filter, and washed the pump and bowl/lid once. I also cleaned the filter once and reused it and threw away after second use. The pump is ultra quiet. I hear the water trickling out of the top over the pump noise. My dogs were scared to use it at first just because the water was moving, so they had to use it for a night without the pump on. They were used to it in about a day and now they love it. Theres no splash from fountain at all! Very pleased so far! Not one complaint or critique! Well done!!

Quiet pump, holds over 2 gallons, and big enough for my Malamute. The cats also drink out of it including our blind siamese. Make sure to place the grey pick up tube correctly or it will leak out the power cord hole.

I got this to filter my dogs water, as her kidney levels came back slightly high. I think it’s worth every penny but do know that with this comes a bit of upkeep. Cleaning the bowl/filter depending on the dog & filling it back up. I have to fill my at least twice a day so I’ve learned not taking it all the way apart and just sliding the lid to the side some and filling it with a pitcher is much easier. But weekly cleaning of the filter is needed for us. It’s not super loud at all but you can hear a little water trickle when you are in the room. My dogs had no issues getting use to this so it was nice to not have to worry abt them hating it because it’s quiet.

We really like this product. The basin holds a lot of water and it runs quietly. I wish he had a little more light to help show the water level. We haven’t had it long enough to change the filter or clean. It was easy to put together so I don’t expect cleaning to be difficult. I like the oval shape and color.

I like the size and depth of the drinking dish. I do not like how loud the hum of pump is. It’s a low frequency and I hear it throughout my home.
