They are not very careful while shipping these both our bags came ripped open the first time and so I thought it was just the carriers so I gave them a 2nd chance the box came damaged again and a bag ripped open a 2nd time . The pellets themselves are great and smoke food amazing just sucks when u lose product u paid a good amount for and Amazon won't refund even a partial amount. Don't know that I'll be ordering these from here again.

These were made for my pellet smoker. I tried this blend on a turkey the day after getting them and I am so mad!!! I ATE THE WHOLE DANG TURKEY IN 2 DAYS, and it’s just me at the house ;)That was one of the best smoked turkeys I have ever done, and all I did was sprinkle it with salt, pepper, poultry seasoning and sage. Then smoked it.Great pellet blend!!

I was nervous of the reviews saying they only received 1 bag. I contacted the seller and they insured me I would receive 2 X 40LB bags. And Indeed I DID receive 2 X 40LB bags of Pit Boss 'Competition Blend' pellets in original packaging - exactly as described. Good product & great price!Thanks!

The pellets shown in the description is not accurate. The pellets I received resemble a brown plastic material and range from 1/2" to 3" in length. The pellets are too large for the auger to feed the burn box, which causes an error code, and the unit shuts down. I believed this to be a faulty display and installed a replacement prior to realizing the issue was the pellets. I bought a different brand of pellets, and the smoker works without any problems.

I got this at what must have been introductory price almost 2 years ago, about $20. Delivered to my door step. Awesome. Pellets work as advertised, nice balanced flavor and smoke. They have shot up in price here. You can save a lot and pick it up at *** (rhymes with mall art) for around $15/40lb bag.

I got both bags as advertised. The pellets had very little dust that I have seen with other brands. The smoke flavor was great and had less ash for clean up. I really liked the results and will buy again. I use a Z grill and my neighbors are always asking what I'm smoking next. That feels good to share good food smoked with that campfire taste!

This is my go-to blend. For the tasting for the money, I would highly suggest it. Everything that I put on the pellet grill taste amazing with the blend

Honestly just below what I can get it at locally, they're great pellets.There was a miscommunication as far as shipping said it was delivered to the wrong address but showed up on time and in the right place... Not sure that had anything to do with the seller though so still 5 star*
