Nice and heavy. Easy to attach string; provide your own; dental floss is not strong enough but string to tied up a roast is. Unbelievable price! Don't hesitate! I'm buying a couple more for Christmas stockings! (I know; they'll be surprised but will thank me when they need one!) mb
