I bring one with me when I travel (I'm a Flight Attendant). Flying dries me out. When I get to my hotel, in the shower I go to get 'hydrated' and this small travel size REALLY helps me maintain moisture. You can get a couple, two, three uses.. pending on how much you put on. I've learning to use sparingly and use lotion with the oil. (Suggestion: use a drop of essential oil to add to bedtime calmness).
