Ordered this for my Bote Rover micro boat that is 14' long. Where it is placed gets full sun about 6 hours a day and so far, no discoloration, rips & water penetration. With a cover, the biggest enemy is sunlight followed by wind. Time will tell how this will hold up over seasons but as of right now, I can highly recommend.

I recently purchased the Jon Boat Cover for my 14ft boat, and it has been fantastic. The heavy-duty material is both waterproof and durable, providing excellent protection against the elements. The windproof straps ensure a secure fit, even in strong winds. The cover fits perfectly, accommodating the beam width up to 70 inches. This is a great cover for the price. That said, you are paying south of $60.00, so you can't ask for everything. This cover does have a great feature not found in most covers in this price range, and that is full sewn in strapping across the entire cover. Other cheap covers just fasten at the waistband. The problem with that method, is it does not control the cover, it pulls on the cover itself, and there is infinitely less stitches holding the fastener in place. This cover excells in that area. Another feature, is the use of strap loops instead of sewn on fasteners or buttons. The loops mean not can you replace the fasteners if they are damage easily, but you don't have to use them at all. You could use a nice set of bungies to quickly secure it if you wish. The provided straps and quick clip fasteners are good. They are not industrial quality, and you wouldn't tie down an atv with them, but they are tough enough for the job. The material feels a bit thin, but it is coated on the reverse side for weatherproofing. It's a generously sized cover, with plenty of overlap on the sides, and our 15hp engine fit under it as well, even while tilted up. A I did find a bit of stitching on the right side near the banding that was terribly sloppy. It should hold, but quality control should have had them clean it up before shipping. Missed a 5th star by a thread.
